Delivery:

Delivery fees will be quoted when an order has been placed. This price is dependent on area and whether we can send it via our courier services or if the item will have to be delivered by one of our drivers.

Larger cakes will need to be delivered by our drivers; smaller celebration cakes can be picked up (damage to the order in this case will be the responsibility of the person collecting it.

 

Orders can be collected. Desserts are fragile so we advise transporting them in the footwell of the passenger seat and in a cool car.

Please note, for orders that are collected, the full responsibility for the safety of the order is yours and Official Cakeline will not accept responsibility for any damage to the order that may occur after it has been collected.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE OF A PRODUCT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED for health and safety reasons. 

CANCELLATION

Cancellations within 2 weeks of event: all monies after the 50% non-refundable will be deposited back to you. If you cancel within 7 days, the full payment of your order will still be invoiced.

CANCELLATION BY OFFICIAL CAKELINE:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform,  where such failure or delay results from any circumstance outside of our reasonable control included but not limited to:  flooding of the area,  explosion, accident, adverse weather conditions, extreme traffic congestion, government act, act of war, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial strike.

In the event of exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness, we will give as much notice as possible if we are unable to fulfil your order alongside a full refund. We will also recommend someone else who can produce your order, we cannot however guarantee the same price/service.
