We aim to make sweet things happen for you. Complaints do not affect your rights. 

Some complaints may require further investigation and an immediate refund may not always be possible. Any dessert, or what is left, must be returned to us within 48 hours to ensure we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint. The cake must have been stored in a cool place, in the box provided, out of direct sunlight/heat and away from damp conditions. If you are complaining about a refund at least 75% of the uneaten product must be returned and disposed by us within 48 hours of delivery. 

We do not do refund for customers that have simply changed their minds or if the cake has been damaged out of our care.

Please note: Icing may crack as it dries out which is beyond our control and why we recommend you consume your product as soon as it is cut. We do not accept complaints for not liking the taste of our products mainly because of an individual's tastes are different and we do offer taster boxes (£5-£10) before placing orders.

 

Allergies & Special Diets

Our products may include the following: 

Celery| Cereals containing Gluten- including Wheat, Eggs, Milk| Traces of Tree Nuts- including Almonds, Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, Cashews, Pecans, Pistachios and Macadamia Nuts| Traces of Peanuts. 

The chance of a significant allergic reaction through contamination during processing is unlikely. However, for people with severe or anaphylactic reactions to nuts, or products should be consumed with caution. 

CAKE DESIGN

Please be as clear as you can when placing your order, state exactly what you require, as changes may be difficult to make later. Sending through pictures is advised to help us envision your idea but please bear in mind, here at Official Cakeline we will only use the pictures as inspiration and we will not  replicate 100% any image sent.

If you would like us to design the cake for you then please state this and we will send you draft ideas and work with you to create your desired treat.

DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS

 

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders after you have received a confirmation invoice from us. Deposits secure your order. No deposit - No booking. Deposits can be made via bank transfer, bank deposit or PayPal, the remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. For last minute order slots that may become available a full payment is required on the day that the order is placed.

 

wholesale inquiries

We offer wholesale cakes to a range of companies, or individuals for larger parties or celebrations. These must be ordered at least two weeks in advance.

All of our wholesale cakes are made to sell in cafes, shops, and restaurants. We offer you a 20% discount on your normal prices, so selling on the products will make you a profit. 

All our wholesale cakes are made fresh, and ready for immediate consumption. They are also suitable for freezing. We are available to take on weekly orders and accept emergency orders.
